You have 2+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPI’s.
Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style.
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient market penetration in collaboration with field outreach.
Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority super-regions via phone, email, and other relevant communication channels.
Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
Attend and lead various demonstration meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events via conference call.
Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies.
Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
