Requirements:

• Preference to be located in Central Time Zone.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 2+ years proven sales experience, owning and overachieving KPIs.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient market penetration in collaboration with field outreach.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority super-regions via phone, email, and other relevant communication channels.
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead various demonstration meetings and networking events.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with internal partners to deliver on GTM goals.
