• Experience with video conferencing tools like Zoom.
• A friendly, client-first attitude with a passion for excellent service.
• Experience in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct Zoom calls with potential clients to assess their needs for tax services.
• Collect necessary information from clients to provide accurate quotes.
• Clearly explain service offerings and processes to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and send personalized quotes.
• Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure clients understand the next steps.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
• Maintain records of client interactions and information in the CRM system.
