- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Develop and execute community outreach programs and initiatives to increase awareness and support for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and partner organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, workshops, and meetings to represent the organization.
- Create and manage social media content to engage with the community and promote the programs.
- Design and distribute informational materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various community projects and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
- Track and report on outreach activities, including metrics and success stories.
