Requirements:
2+ years of experience supporting high-performing teams, experience building machine learning models and scalable services, knowledge of ml model training and evaluation, proficient in building online services for scalability, ability to collaborate and solve complex problems, prioritize stakeholder requests, education or industry experience in software engineering or machine learning preferred but not necessary
Responsibilities:
Support a team of 6 to 8 ml and software engineers, develop vision and roadmap for channels relevance, build and mentor a high-performing team, establish technology and product goals, drive project planning and resource allocation, identify and solve critical problems for user growth and retention, make product and engineering trade-offs for good user experience
