Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience performing EDD reviews for corporate high-risk clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of high-risk industries and mitigation measures.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end KYC and client onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English; a second language is advantageous.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a team of analysts.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams such as compliance and second line of defense.
  • Interest in technology to enhance work efficiency and enjoyment.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Due Diligence to create an ambitious mission and vision.
  • Motivate the team, set goals, and promote buy-in for the mission.
  • Drive a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Directly manage team Analysts, including hiring.
  • Empower team members by trusting them with tasks and projects according to their expertise.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings, address conflicts, and provide coaching and guidance.
