Requirements:

3-5 years of experience performing EDD reviews for corporate high-risk clients.
Extensive knowledge of high-risk industries and mitigation measures.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end KYC and client onboarding processes.
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
Proficiency in verbal and written English; a second language is advantageous.
Experience in leading and coaching a team of analysts.
Experience collaborating with internal teams such as compliance and second line of defense.
Interest in technology to enhance work efficiency and enjoyment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Customer Due Diligence to create an ambitious mission and vision.
Motivate the team, set goals, and promote buy-in for the mission.
Drive a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
Directly manage team Analysts, including hiring.
Empower team members by trusting them with tasks and projects according to their expertise.
Conduct 1:1 meetings, address conflicts, and provide coaching and guidance.
