Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business environment with a proven success track record.
  • Existing partner relationships are crucial for the role.
  • A thorough understanding of the relevant industry is needed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to travel 30 to 50% of the time.
  • Experience in the technology industry is preferred, with specific security and IAM sales experience being a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and build partner relationships by identifying, onboarding, and enabling channel partners in the U.S. & Canada.
  • Provide ongoing training and business plan reviews to ensure partner readiness.
  • Develop detailed territory plans and manage the channel pipeline with monthly reports.
  • Drive and report on partner and sales KPIs in alignment with channel leadership.
  • Coordinate deal registration among partners and the sales team while managing the regional pipeline.
  • Work with senior leadership to execute partner marketing activities and programs.
  • Define and reassess business plans for deeper relationships with partners.
  • Recruit and develop new channel partners while managing key strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with channel leadership on strategic initiatives and provide insights.
  • Attend seminars and trade shows to represent the company.
