Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimise senior talent pipelines, focusing on attracting high-caliber candidates for specialised commercial roles.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation, especially for senior and strategic positions.
  • Collaborate directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, establishing Sporty as a top-choice employer within the industry.
  • Maintain and enhance pipeline efficiency on the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Craft engaging, tailored job descriptions that resonate with target candidates and effectively promote the Sporty brand.
  • Work seamlessly with HR and People Operations to manage and hand over successful offers, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
