Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on commercial hiring within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Understanding of roles in Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging and pitching to candidates.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and work well with team members across various functions and regions.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage pipelines for mid-level talent across commercial functions including Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals.
  • Provide a high-quality experience for candidates, positioning Sporty as a top-choice employer.
  • Keep candidate pipelines updated and organized in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Write and post job descriptions that attract quality candidates.
  • Partner with HR and People Operations to manage offer processes and support smooth onboarding.
