Requirements:

• At least 15 years of working experience in a software engineering and development capacity.
• Preferably experience in a senior-technical role with team leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management, estimation, and resource management skills.
• Experience in leading an agile engineering team focused on cloud development.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing environments, particularly AWS and Azure services.
• Experience with AI and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Skilled in database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical knowledge and drive innovation in software engineering projects.
• Act as the day-to-day decision maker and strategic leader for the software engineering team.
• Focus on delivering AI/ML-based solutions to enhance customer business processes.
