- Minimum 3 years of experience providing psychiatric services to children, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Must hold a valid PA license to practice.
- Board certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry is required.
- An active DEA license is necessary.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if required.
- Skills in managing clinical crises and navigating ethical issues.
- Expertise in measurement-based care methods.
- Familiarity with techniques like motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting.
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaborative care.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort with technology and interest in integrating tech solutions in clinical care.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Provide excellent psychiatric care to children aged 0-14 and their adult caregivers.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for children and families.
- Collaborate with various collateral informants from other professionals.
- Communicate effectively with families via Little Otter's messaging platform.
- Work as part of a collaborative care team to create tailored care plans.
- Document clinical interactions and care plans on Little Otter's platform.
- Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of services.
- Participate in training, continuing education, and development activities.
- Take part in interviews and contribute to transforming mental healthcare delivery.
- Contribute to family-facing content on topics related to child mental health.
