Requirements:

• Licensed without restrictions as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Licensed in NV and the state in which you reside.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
• Knowledge of diagnosis and assessment practices related to children's mental health.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload of K-12 students.
• Conduct initial mental health intake assessments and create individual treatment plans according to student needs.
• Perform clinical screeners and ongoing assessments of student progress.
• Collaborate with care management to ensure successful transitions into Hazel services.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
