Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a B2B fintech, ideally with exposure to payment and treasury platforms.
• Knowledge of the US insurance claims market desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Must be highly analytical, organized, and structured.
• Versatility and adaptability to future changes are preferable.
• Technical understanding of Agile development practices.
• Excellent communicator with a proven track record in relationship building.
• Passion for scale-ups and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work well with co-workers, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog for your assigned theme.
• Create and manage all epics, features and stories related to customer specific changes or strategic objectives.
• Document and communicate requirements to the development team.
• Have a thorough understanding of the journey towards the ultimate end feature goal.
• Analyze overall business impact across all relevant stakeholders and create an implementation plan.
• Understand wider client impact of changes and devise a communication plan.
• Input to product documentation to maximize utilization of new features.
• Track success post-implementation by measuring KPIs.
• Support the business with expertise on implemented changes.
• Work with product colleagues to ensure coherent and consistent changes.
