Requirements:

• 5+ years in web design, UI design, graphic design, or brand marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong systems-thinker with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of best practices in web design, UX, and UI.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Strong executive presence and self-assured execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, conceptualize, and maintain systems for web pages and templates, enhancing scalability and conversion.
• Assist in creating and adapting brand design materials including digital and print, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Understand and reflect Samsara's brand in overall experiences.
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to deliver brand experiences.
• Manage multiple design projects ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Liaise with vendors and agencies for brand consistency and accurate delivery of assets.
• Conduct market research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with design leadership to improve processes.
