Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles and audit background, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in handling month-end closing and statutory reporting independently.
• Detail-oriented and can work under pressure, strong collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Mainly in charge of revenue/direct costs booking and discussion across departments and calculation of accruals related to revenue/direct costs.
• Handles credit control and ensures prompt collections.
• Receiving and reviewing invoices and statements from vendors and preparation of payable records.
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
• Perform month-end closing and financial analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Prepare reports supplemental to the monthly financial reporting package.
• Liaise with external auditor and tax consultants to file for audit and tax return for Singapore entities.
• Assist the Regional Finance Manager in the quarterly consolidation and annual audit of the Group.
• Supporting the Manager with projects and tasks when required.
