• Design and implement innovative playbooks and programs to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with creative agencies for storytelling and visual merchandising.
• Create immersive in-store experiences reflecting the brand’s identity and integrating technology.
• Continuously innovate consumer journeys and conduct market analysis for growth opportunities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to promote creativity and collaboration.
