Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on AI, particularly LLMs and related technologies.
• Proficiency in tools and frameworks like OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and human-in-the-loop platforms like Humanloop.
• Experience with full-stack development, particularly with SST and React, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI projects focused on leveraging LLMs to enhance our marketplace and back-office tools.
• Work on innovative solutions such as document extraction, spiderbot scraping, contract grading, and automated negotiation systems.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate AI into Marketplace and other products.
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure using SST and React.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
