Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and sales is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential residential, commercial, and Airbnb clients using leads from various sources.
• Promote cleaning services, particularly deep cleans and one-time cleans.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in Jobber CRM.
• Identify closing opportunities and follow up with potential clients.
• Assist in developing and refining cold calling scripts and strategies.
• Work closely with the team to provide feedback on lead quality.
