Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience in a small business or startup environment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with eCommerce businesses or Amazon FBA brands is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Amazon Seller Central, and related financial tools.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
• Organize and securely store financial documents.
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Implement and optimize financial software and processes.
