Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of proven experience in product documentation, technical writing, or blogging
• Strong command of English, including excellent spelling and grammar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering training via video
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
• Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging educational content
• Meticulous attention to detail in documenting information accurately
• Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies
• Good understanding of User Experience (UX)
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the internal Donorbox Product Handbook, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product features
• Thoroughly test product features in staging environments for accurate documentation
• Document all aspects of the product in an organized manner
• Create engaging training materials for customers and internal teams
• Keep the Knowledge Base current and informative
• Lead live training sessions via video calls for team members
