Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of cloud knowledge through solution management, consulting, or delivery program management.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA applications and HANA database.
  • Experience in SAP upgrade and migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
  • Experience in SaaS products integration with SAP landscape is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Technical architecture guidance to customers.
  • Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding.
  • Oversee service delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist in escalations of critical customer situations.
  • Collaborate with incident management and other SAP support teams.
  • Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.
  • Assist customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  • Review account status and transition teams as needed.
  • Onboard new associates with mandatory training documentation.
  • Enable continuous knowledge transfers on new topics.
