Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience, including at least 3 years in CEDIA or proAV channel management.
- Prior sales experience with LED and LCD displays preferred.
- Experience with a two-tier distribution model preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and forecasting.
- Effective communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365; familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.
- Familiarity with contemporary productivity tools is a plus.
- Ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and execute sales strategy to meet business goals in the territory.
- Identify, recruit, attain, and manage channel partners.
- Participate in joint sales calls, promote marketing programs, and conduct training.
- Establish performance measures for channel partners and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Contribute to pricing decisions and develop channel marketing programs.
- Maintain forecast reporting and provide updates to management.
