Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience, including at least 3 years in CEDIA or proAV channel management.
  • Prior sales experience with LED and LCD displays preferred.
  • Experience with a two-tier distribution model preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and forecasting.
  • Effective communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365; familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Familiarity with contemporary productivity tools is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Refine and execute sales strategy to meet business goals in the territory.
  • Identify, recruit, attain, and manage channel partners.
  • Participate in joint sales calls, promote marketing programs, and conduct training.
  • Establish performance measures for channel partners and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Contribute to pricing decisions and develop channel marketing programs.
  • Maintain forecast reporting and provide updates to management.
