Bachelor’s degree in any field or commensurate work experience and certifications.

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology focusing on user experience research.

At least five (5) years should focus strongly on accessibility.

Excellent understanding and practical experience in Figma, prototyping, libraries, and digital whiteboarding tools.

Experience in performing user research and refining business requirements.

Ability to guide the research process independently.

Experience in managing work and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Demonstrated collaboration capability in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to realize their product vision through research and usability testing emphasizing accessibility.

Create, execute, and maintain research plans and guides, lead sessions, and analyze findings.

Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and product teams using human-centered design methods.

Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable research plans and deliverables.

Support analysis and documentation of product requirements with a focus on understanding the supported products.

Partner with designers and developers to maintain and develop accessibility standards.

Present ideas, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders to encourage constructive critique.
