Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or commensurate work experience and certifications.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology focusing on user experience research.
  • At least five (5) years should focus strongly on accessibility.
  • Excellent understanding and practical experience in Figma, prototyping, libraries, and digital whiteboarding tools.
  • Experience in performing user research and refining business requirements.
  • Ability to guide the research process independently.
  • Experience in managing work and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated collaboration capability in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to realize their product vision through research and usability testing emphasizing accessibility.
  • Create, execute, and maintain research plans and guides, lead sessions, and analyze findings.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and product teams using human-centered design methods.
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable research plans and deliverables.
  • Support analysis and documentation of product requirements with a focus on understanding the supported products.
  • Partner with designers and developers to maintain and develop accessibility standards.
  • Present ideas, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders to encourage constructive critique.
