Requirements:
  • Curious and authentic personality.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Experience with inbound qualification and outbound lead management.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate task and follow-up actions on deal-related activities.
  • Manage and improve the 'Job Scope' entry process into Airtable and Eames.
  • Support the sales and account management team with collection and customer service.
  • Clean and maintain prospecting lists.
  • Manage inbound lead inquiries and conduct initial qualification.
  • Enter qualified leads into CRM and assign to appropriate sales team members.
  • Conduct outbound lead generation to target new properties.
  • Maintain all customer data using Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop a portfolio of agents and builders based on directives.
