Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing and executing video creative.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere, with strong Photoshop and design skills being a plus.
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to thoughtful creative executions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turnarounds.
• Thorough understanding of ad experiences on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Understanding of creating video assets for iOS and Google Play storefronts.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Marketing to establish selling points for the game, generate and maintain ad production cadence, and develop quarterly high-level creative plans.
• Lead a team of artists to meet the demands of aggressive delivery schedules for ads and assets across various marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to facilitate brainstorming and ideation into actionable briefs.
• Maintain the ad creation loop and support efficient workflows.
• Drive feedback processes and ensure clarity with the product and game teams.
• Stay informed about game updates, oversee competitor research, and contribute to ASO planning.
