• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong collaborative skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python and willingness to develop these skills.
• Experience in B2B business, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our business and its processes through our data.
• Design key metrics to measure different aspects of the business.
• Maintain and create new dashboards to track metrics and visualize insights.
• Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing, design and analyze results.
• Translate data into recommendations for stakeholders, guiding decision-making.
• Develop a deep analytical understanding of what drives product growth.
