Requirements:

• Master’s degree related to the subject matter and/or significant professional experience in the field of teaching specialization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching courses at the college or university level.
• Current instructor/professor at another accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in learning management systems and other technology tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teaching team.
• Ability to complete required training in effective online teaching strategies.
• Availability and skills to teach online.
• Commitment to affordable education and student success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive 11-week online courses in Quantitative Reasoning using various instructional methods and technologies.
• Instruct morning or evening courses twice a week and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback, along with hosting weekly office hours.
• Collaborate with other instructors and the academic team for a high-quality learning experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and communicate these to the network, while working with TAs to grade student assignments.
• Attend faculty meetings, contribute to dynamic co-curricular activities, and support Campus initiatives.
