Requirements:
  • Previous track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits space.
  • Proactive approach to activating new customers.
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required).
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory.
  • Ramp up new hires to ensure they are ready to sell to prospective customers.
  • Work cross departmentally to improve efficiencies across the team.
  • Monitor pipeline and communicate how the team is tracking to the VP of Sales.
  • Travel as needed to see target clients and attend prospecting events and conferences.
  • Bring ideas on best approaches to marketing our products in new and innovative ways.
