- Previous track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- 2+ years of sales leadership preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of the benefits space.
- Proactive approach to activating new customers.
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- The ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required).
- Manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory.
- Ramp up new hires to ensure they are ready to sell to prospective customers.
- Work cross departmentally to improve efficiencies across the team.
- Monitor pipeline and communicate how the team is tracking to the VP of Sales.
- Travel as needed to see target clients and attend prospecting events and conferences.
- Bring ideas on best approaches to marketing our products in new and innovative ways.
