Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with project management experience from start to finish.
  • Experience in a startup environment, preferably with complex enterprise solutions.
  • Commercial experience leading to business growth in customer success, consulting, or equivalent roles.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to interact with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the utility/energy sector or forestry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in the US.
  • New customer onboarding, including organizing and leading the customer kick-off and discovery calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Coordinate with the technical delivery lead for planning and execution.
  • Work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap.
  • Renew contracts and grow customer accounts.
  • Participate in field visits.
