Requirements:

• Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• Interest in treating OUD patients via telehealth.
• Looking for full-time work in a fast-paced, innovative startup.
• No experience with MOUD is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care to stable patients receiving medication for opioid use disorder (OUD) and related psych disorders.
• Work closely with prescribing clinicians, triage nurses, and administrative coordinators.
• Conduct follow-up visits, induction check-in calls, and urine drug screen visits.
• Provide non-judgmental support and advocate for patients' needs.
• Escalate care as needed to prescribing clinicians.
