Requirements:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State.
• Demonstrated passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• Interest in gaining experience in treating patients with opioid use disorder via telehealth.
• Willingness to work full-time in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• As an Advanced Practice Practitioner, provide clinical care to stable patients receiving medication for opioid use disorder.
• Conduct follow-up visits, induction check-in calls, and urine drug screen visits.
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for patients, ensuring they receive appropriate care as their needs evolve.
• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, triage nurses, and care coordinators to deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Escalate care to prescribing clinicians if patients require higher acuity care.
