Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • MBA degree.
  • Founded or joined as an early employee of an Enterprise B2B, GovTech, or DefenseTech company.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, developing product vision, storytelling, influence, and sales abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for core product areas.
  • Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for core product areas.
  • Define and drive roadmap development in partnership with Engineering and Design.
  • Interact with and manage key stakeholders including department leads and executive management.
  • Build and drive go-to-market (GTM) plans in partnership with Sales and Marketing.

  • Amplify the voice of the market and customer throughout the company by working cross-functionally on persona development, customer journey mapping and customer outreach.
  • Work directly with customers to fully understand their pain points and requirements to ensure our product aligns with customer needs and is designed with impactful user experiences.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer input, market trends, and business goals.
  • Utilize telemetry and product analytics to make informed decisions and measure product KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of your product area, from ideation to launch, and continue to enhance and optimize the product post-launch.
