Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic decision-making and planning in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Produce analysis and recommendations for Sales leadership on key business decisions.
• Work with GTM Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Finance, and other teams on annual planning.
• Maximize partnership value for stakeholders by presenting insights on performance metrics.
• Maintain and improve accessible sources of truth for performance data.
• Implement strategic solutions for process inefficiencies across teams.
• Communicate proactively with Sales reps and leaders regarding key performance metrics.
