Requirements:
  • An active, verifiable Earth Science teaching certification in the United States.
  • Experience teaching students in grades 9-12.
  • Willingness to undergo reciprocity and meet specific conditions such as residing in the U.S. and having completed degrees in the U.S.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Availability of at least three consecutive hours daily, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm EST.
  • Ability to work part-time, 10-20 hours per week during normal school hours.
  • Consistently reliable internet connection and a professional teaching environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Teach Earth Science to grades 9-12 students in a virtual setting from home.
  • Engage students in live classrooms, ensuring a quality educational experience.
  • Collaborate with a Classroom Coach for effective classroom management.
  • Maintain a professional classroom environment and consistent attendance as the teacher of record.
  • Meet deadlines set by Elevate and the school calendar.
