Requirements:
  • Minimum of an HS diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a presale role.
  • Experience with CNAPP or CSPM solutions and additional security technologies (e.g., container security, SAST, DAST, IAST).
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Understanding of observability and APM technologies.
  • Experience with Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with cloud native technologies and CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the solutions engineering and security sales teams.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expert guidance.
  • Execute demos to showcase Dynatrace's solutions.
  • Manage PoCs both remotely and on-site.
  • Build key customer relationships.
  • Complete RFIs and RFPs.
  • Coach team members on technical aspects.
