Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, focusing on web-based applications.
• Proficient in test management tools and test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, JAWS.
• Skilled in defining quality control standards and maintaining reliability programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and data engineers to understand project requirements and develop test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Medallia survey forms and related components.
• Verify accuracy of customer feedback data against client requirements.
• Identify and resolve defects in survey data collection and analysis.
• Develop automated test scripts for efficiency and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Support team objectives with additional tasks as needed.
