Solution Architect - Manufacturing Cloud (Contract Role - Salesforce)

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner ecosystem.
• 2+ years of hands-on configuration and 2-3 completed end-to-end implementations of Manufacturing Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on configuration in Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
• Experience defining and documenting requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Comfortable establishing credibility with key customer decision makers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to contribute to overall team expertise and project success.
• Practical exposure to Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, and prioritizing backlog.
• Salesforce Certifications: 2-3 active certifications, preferably within Manufacturing Cloud or CPQ.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solution design and implementation.
• Participate in key meetings with clients, including discovery workshops and user acceptance testing.
• Evaluate client’s business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and business process documents.
• Work collaboratively with project members to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop user stories and process diagrams to support solution design.
• Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce and other technologies.
• Document and assign needed technical work offshore and collaborate with developers for testing.
• Help ensure quality deliverables.
