Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and materials for quarterly earnings releases, investor conferences, and meetings.
• Monitor and analyze capital markets, including changes in shareholder ownership and industry trends.
• Cultivate relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
• Serve as a liaison between departments for alignment on investor relations.
• Facilitate communication between senior management and the investor community.
• Develop and implement Investor Relations strategy.
• Engage in public speaking on financial results.
