3+ years of data-driven operational experience, proven track record in creating systems and processes, experience in launching change management operational process improvements, expertise in data analysis and reporting, proven track record in building trust and communicating effectively, bachelor's degree required, mba preferred, ideal candidate has ownership of technology stack, knowledge of specific platforms, bias for action, ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment, penchant for customer service
Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement for cs, manage playbooks and processes, industry research, own projection models, build and improve data and reporting capabilities, tackle operational problems, work with cross-functional leaders, lead with creative problem solving, build project and change management foundation, contribute to building team norms and operating procedures, champion cultural principlesApply
