Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with EdTech, social networks, or talent platforms is a strong plus.
• Proficient in using analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
• Experience with distributed teams and async communication tools.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Manara’s mission.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Leverage user research and analytics for user-centered design.
• Build and manage a high-performing product team.
• Act as the key liaison between the product team and stakeholders.
