Requirements:

• Licensed without restrictions as a mental health therapist.
• Licensed in IA and residing in the state of application.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
• Knowledge of diagnosis and assessment practices, treatment strategies, and interventions for children's mental health.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation.
• Effective communication with diverse backgrounds.
• Organizational skills to manage information and tasks.
• Willingness to gain licensure in other states as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling to K-12 students.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and create treatment plans based on individual student needs.
• Perform ongoing assessments of student progress.
• Collaborate with the care management team to support transitions into Hazel services.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in clinical team activities and provide crisis support as needed.
