Requirements:

• Extensive experience in technology operations and delivery with advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Master-level experience with Agile and project management methodologies (SAFe, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Deep engineering expertise and experience leading Agile teams with familiarity in Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Exceptional proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Technical knowledge covering web technologies (React, Next.js), native technologies (Swift, Kotlin), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Comprehensive understanding of federal government technology delivery requirements and compliance with regulations such as FedRAMP and FISMA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction for technology operations and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Foster collaboration across multiples disciplines to support high-impact initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery capabilities, particularly for federal government work.
• Oversee hiring, budget forecasting, and management of the technical delivery team.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation, optimize team utilization, and manage project demands.
• Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment of goals.
