Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, and customers.
• Strong priority and time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• 3+ years related marketing experience including trade, experiential, and run specialty marketing.
• Experience within a wholesale environment, leading projects.
• Knowledgeable in current trends in fitness/running/outdoor industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives as a part of the strategic wholesale strategy with internal HOKA team, owning the timeline and facilitating the creation and approval of marketing assets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing personnel on strategy, development, budgeting, and execution of contracts tied to paid media and events.
• Work closely with the HOKA US Sr. GTM Manager to develop and lead presentations for strategic accounts that align with HOKA brand strategy.
• Track and monitor custom POP projects, campaigns, and initiatives to assess effectiveness, optimize, and improve based on evaluations.
• Perform retail visits and attend marketing events to gain insights and market research for future opportunities.
