- Minimum 6 years’ experience with Windows Server administration in large environments.
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Server Administration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting.
- Knowledge of configuration management solutions like SCCM and monitoring tools like SCOM.
- Good understanding of Directory Services components such as Active Directory, GPO, FSMO roles, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, along with effective communication capabilities.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems within an enterprise-server environment.
- Maintain best practices for patch management, virus management, and upgrades.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory including GPO's, DNS, and DHCP.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement security best practices.
- Build and manage Windows failover clusters and develop SOPs.
