Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
  • Advanced Training in Maintenance of Traffic (Temporary Traffic Control).
  • Working knowledge and experience with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the AASHTO Guide on Geometric Design.
  • Intimate knowledge of a Department of Transportation including their policies, practices, and applicable.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for diverse projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical expertise to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
