Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply.
• At least 10 years’ experience in detailed process design.
• Ability to read and understand technical and commercial proposal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering Teams to support project opportunities.
• Provide technical and process support to meet the Sales team's needs.
• Create and assess process design calculations and flow diagrams.
• Participate in process reviews prior to proposal submissions.
• Conduct peer reviews to support process evaluations.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance knowledge.
• Support lifecycle cost analysis comparing different flowsheets.
• Develop relationships with Regional Sales Managers and other teams.
