Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS selling environment, preferably at an APM, Monitoring, or Log Management SaaS provider.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles targeting engineering teams with a land-and-expand pattern.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle from selling relevant software products.
  • Experience managing sales requiring technical integration prior to purchase.
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the Honeycomb product value proposition and tailor ROI messages to customer use cases.
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities within mid-market and large accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos while focusing on business pain and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction and contact networks.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and visibility on sales performance by managing the opportunity pipeline.
  • Leverage internal teams for efficient sales cycle navigation.
  • Work with management to build strategic territory and account plans.
