Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling product development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and LLMs and their applications in optimizing financial advisor workflows.
• Experience with predictive modeling platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and experience conducting user research.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and informed by market research and user feedback.
• Work closely with the data science, application engineering, and concierge teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
• Define KPIs and implement mechanisms for tracking product performance, using insights for continuous optimization.
