Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a global team setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows server, desktop and Macintosh operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, and TCP/IP networking.
• Expertise in diagnosing complex infrastructure issues across hybrid environments.
• Administrative capabilities for Mac and Windows systems.
• Ability to architect and provide security hardening to cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud/hybrid IT infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Nutanix/VMWare).
• Provide desktop support to regional staff for all office-related software and hardware issues.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and consulting with vendors and clients for hardware/software purchases.
• Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate operating systems and network devices.
• Integrate user workstations with Microsoft and Apple systems.
• Perform system administration and project management for IT systems.
• Coordinate and manage IT audits and collaborate on data requests.
• Assist in office moves and physical infrastructure maintenance.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents.
