Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial services project management, ideally in a role linked to compliance or regulatory teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or professional qualification in project management.
  • Proven experience managing regulatory compliance projects, preferably within electronic money and major payments institutions.
  • Strong understanding of UK, Dutch, and Singaporean regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with change management and adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage regulatory compliance projects specific to electronic money regulations in the UK and the Netherlands, and Major Payments Institution regulations in Singapore.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders across different countries.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans to meet deadlines and compliance standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to address potential project risks.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off and status updates.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance and address arising issues.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and update project plans accordingly.
